After the acquisition of a company or the merger of two organizations, we support our clients in the businesses’ operational integration.

In cases of capital integration, we work together with the organizations involved in four work fronts for the operational integration:

  • Organization’s structural design, in which we use the same practice as in the Organizational Design and discuss along with the main stakeholders which is the appropriate command structure to meet the organization's challenges.
  • Review of operational processes, in which we mapped the activities, indicators and systems of each organization involved and defined the optimal process for the new organization. On this front, we also assist in the preparation of some specific by-products for some areas, such as the new organization's chart of accounts, supplier registration, structure of bands and salaries, among others.
  • Identification of synergies among operations, in which we map potential operational opportunities derived from the merge of the two organizations.
  • Management and team sizing of the new organization, in which we use the same methodology as on the Organizational Design fronts and review the number of positions needed to carry out the area's activities, as well as the organization's middle management levels.

In the case of organizations that are constantly acquiring new companies and integrating them into their business, we have a methodology to define a detailed integration process, defining the step-by-step schedule with each of the necessary activities.
