Our logistics management projects aim to improve the efficiency of logistics costs through various tools:

  • Freight costs’ review, in which we analyze transportation expenses and look for several improvement initiatives (modal mix, occupancy optimization, mix of vehicle models, use of cross-docking, internalization vs. outsourcing, among others)
  • Warehouse processes’ review, in which we map and identify improvements in internal processes (receiving, moving, shipping, importing, exporting, etc.)
  • Dimensioning of the warehouse's operational staff, through the survey of times and movements and the identification of increased productivity with new processes and technologies in the receiving, picking and shipping stages
  • Dimensioning of the support staff, in which we map the logistics back-office activities and processes looking for efficiency initiatives
  • Warehouse management, in which we review the policy by product to optimize the cost of invested capital and the level of service offered
