HOW TO APPLY

We have an agile selection process consisting of two main stages: initial screening and interviews.

The initial screening consists of curriculum analysis and logical reasoning test. If you are within the desired profile, you will be invited to take a GMAT-style logical reasoning test, which is made up of 45 questions that must be solved in 60 minutes, with 15 questions related to Problem Solving, 15 to Data Sufficiency and 15 to Critical Reasoning. 

If approved, you will be invited to the interview stage, which consists of two rounds. The first is carried out by consultants or managers and the second by our managing partners. Interviews usually begin with questions about the candidate's background, where he exposes his professional trajectory. Then it is asked to solve a case, where the candidate is expected to identify the problem and structure a possible solution.
