Pragmatis was founded in 2010 by Gilberto Misawa with the aim of creating a new consulting model, both in terms of customer proposals and team structure. After several years in the market, Gilberto believed that the added value to the client was enhanced when analytical rigor in projects was complemented with pragmatic, simple and easy-to-implement recommendations. Internally, he wanted to create a new organizational model, where the entire team was a society, owner of the business, without the traditional hierarchical structure of market consultancies.

This is how Pragmatis was born, based on these two pillars. The value proposition focused on customer satisfaction had an immediate impact on our brand and we grew significantly in the first few years. Along with this increase in the client portfolio, we also had a geographic expansion with the execution of our first international projects.

Despite the growth, we never let go of our roots and continue to behave with the spirit of a start-up. Proactivity, a young spirit, a partner's vision and flexibility are the hallmarks of our team, which always remains curious, questioning and with an active voice. We are a team that seeks joint results and enjoy developing knowledge.
