Our Route to Market methodology includes optimizing the distribution of our customers' products. To support our partners in the main Route to Market decisions, we analyze several aspects:

  • Mapping the margin pool of the value chain, identifying the main stakeholders and the levers in each of the stages.
  • Customer segmentation, where we identify the main needs of each customer, the attributes that are key to their loyalty and profitability.
  • Service model for each of the segments, in which we define which sales force will serve each customer, the service model (sales and logistics), the service level agreement (SLA) and the appropriate tools to maximize the capture of value in each segment.
  • Product and customer portfolio management, where we implement processes to monitor profitability and avoid conflicts of interest between channels or segments.

Within the methodology, Pragmatis also has a differentiated expertise in reseller compensation (Wholesaler Compensation). In this type of project, we help our clients to build a sustainable network of resellers and define healthy remuneration for distributors in line with the organization's incentives.
