Founder of Pragmatis, Gilberto has more than 22 years of experience in consulting, executing projects in Brazil and abroad for companies such as AB-InBev, Grupo RBS, Química Amparo, Rodobens, Johnson & Johnson, Embraco, Souza Cruz, Nextel, Citrosuco and Votorantim.
Before Pragmatis, he was a partner in other consultancies, and an executive at Banco Multiplic and Ford Motor Company.
Responsible for Business Development and Corporate Planning, Ricardo is a Finance Executive with extensive experience in financial management, having held positions in Controllership, Financial Planning, Treasury and M&A.
He held the position of CFO at General Shopping, where he is currently a board member, CFO at APEC, M&A Director at Banco Multiplic and executive at Ford New Holland and General Electric (GE).

Alexandre Barreto
Alexandre has more than 15 years of experience in commercial process, logistics, productivity and cost reduction projects in companies such as AB-InBev, Vale, Gol, Bunge, MRS Logística, Globosat, Santher, Unilever, DPSP, Cyrela and Viver (former Inpar).
Prior to Pragmatis, he was a senior manager at another management consultancy and his professional career includes directing media/technology companies such as iG, iBest and TIM W.E.
Leader in business transformation with over 15 years of experience in Consulting, working on projects in Brazil and abroad for prominent organizations, including Tigre, Somos, AB-Inbev, Bauducco, Cielo, Grupo Marista, Hospital Care, and Brasilseg.
He holds a degree in Engineering and a Master's degree from USP, as well as an MBA from MIT. His career includes various sectors, leading projects in continuous improvement, go-to-market strategies, organizational redesign, cost reduction, zero-based budgeting, and process review.
