Intern
The purpose of the Pragmatis internship program is to recruit and meet future consultants for our team. For this, the intern experiences the day-to-day project, supporting the analyzes and presentations, while developing professionally.Consultant
The consultant is responsible for the analyzes and presentations of his work front, maintaining direct contact with the clients. With more experience, the associated consultant performs analyzes and solves more complex business problems, being able to lead project fronts and train other consultants.Manager
The project manager leads the team, giving the project guidelines and understanding the client's expectations to deliver the expected results. The business manager can manage more than one project simultaneously, in addition to creating relationships with customer sponsors. The managers are part of the society's steering committee responsible for defining and changing policies/work models, among other matters of the society.Director
The director, in addition to being responsible for client development, is also involved in general company management issues. In addition, they are part of Pragmatis' executive committee, responsible for day-to-day decisions in society.PRAGMATIS
