Given the growing need to reduce the costs of the chain, we offer tools for optimizing the logistics. Through various digital tools, we define the optimal location of factories and/or distribution centers based on the different alternatives for goods transport.

The first step in our projects consists of calculating the production and logistical costs of each of the stages of the chain, in the different transport modals offered. Once the transport cost curves are defined, we map the different demand points and define the optimal location of the factories and/or distribution centers based on the defined objective (maximize profit, minimize cost, maximize volume, maximize distribution, etc.).

Our team was trained in various logistics optimization softwares (such as CAST and LLamasoft), besides having internally developed simplified tools in Excel and VBA.
